A fantastic primary school in Islington is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for a long-term position starting in April 2025. About the Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with behavioural and emotional needs.

Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to implement behaviour strategies and promote positive outcomes.

Foster strong relationships with students to build trust and encourage engagement in learning.

Support children with additional needs, creating a safe and inclusive environment.

Monitor progress and contribute to behaviour intervention plans.What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children in an educational or pastoral setting (behaviour support experience desirable).

A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting children.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively and promote positive strategies.

Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.What's on Offer:
