About the Role:

Hays Education is seeking a dedicated and organised Attendance Manager to join our team on a supply basis, working within secondary schools. As an Attendance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring students' attendance is accurately recorded and managed, contributing to the overall success and well-being of the school community.
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage student attendance records.
• Work closely with school staff to identify and address attendance issues.
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student attendance.
• Prepare attendance reports and maintain accurate records.
• Support the school in implementing attendance policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
