Our fantastic Wellingborough-based Nursery is seeking a dedicated Childcare Practitioner to join our dynamic team. Experience: Previous experience in a nursery setting is highly desirable. Flexibility: Open to on-the-day calls to nurseries and adaptable to different environments. Passion: A genuine love for working with young children and a proactive attitude. Knowledge: Basic understanding of child-led learning principles. Team Player: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Control Over Schedule: Ideal for someone who wants control over their own schedule and enjoys the variety of working in different settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with children in a nurturing and supportive manner.
• Implement child-led learning approaches to foster development.
• Plan and execute educational activities that promote physical, emotional, and social growth.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for children.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children.

Qualifications:

• CACHE/NVQ Level 2/3 in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent).
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• Proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Basic knowledge of child-led learning principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
