Health Visitor Band 6 – Immediate Start!
Location: Swanley, Kent
Pay: £24.00 per hour
Duration: 3+ months, ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
We’re looking for a dedicated Health Visitor (Band 6) to join our NHS client. You’ll work within multi-agency teams, managing caseloads and delivering the Healthy Child Programme to support families and communities.
Requirements:
✅ SCPHN Health Visitor Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate
✅ NMC Registration
✅ Experience in child protection & multi-agency working
✅ Knowledge of current health agendas for children & families
✅ Ability to travel between locations
