Job Description

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority based in North West England who are seeking to hire a senior planning lawyer on a rolling contract for 6 months to cover a gap in their team.

The role has a hybrid working arrangement weekly office presence is required to assist the supervision of junior members of the team - no committee attendance is required

The ideal candidate will:

- Have extension experience working within local government legal teams,

- Have previous experience with complex s106s, highways, appeals, and enforcement,

- Have prior experience supervising junior members of staff,

- Have two references from previous employees.
