About Us: We are working with a reputable elderly care home located in the East Midlands, committed to providing exceptional care and support to their residents. Their team is dedicated to creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment for everyone in their care. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Interim Support Manager to join them on a short-term basis to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home and support the manager
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Lead and support the care home team, providing guidance and mentorship
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual residents' needs
Liaise with residents' families and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care
Manage budgets and resources effectively
Handle administrative duties and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
Proven experience in a managerial role within the healthcare or elderly care sector
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
