We are currently seeking Senior Healthcare Assistants (HCA) to join our team in Guernsey. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding environment with excellent pay and benefits.

Day Shifts: £15.00/hour

Night & Saturday Shifts: £20.00/hour

Sunday Shifts: £25.00/hour

Essential Requirements:

✔ NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)

✔ Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including sleep-in rota within the Home

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Experience working with vulnerable children and young people

Knowledge of child development and Attachment Theory

Understanding of safeguarding and child exploitation risks
