Job Description

Our client based in London is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team for 12-months.

£170 per day (PAYE).

3 days per week in Lime Street offices

ASAP start.

They are ideally looking for someone who has worked in the financial services, insurance or broking industries but this is not essential.

Overview of the Role:

You will work closely with Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) team and senior marketing management (Marketing Campaign Manager and Marketing Director), to coordinate and deliver global B2B marketing activity, ensuring the seamless execution of high-profile campaigns and projects.

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate and collaborate with global and regional marketing teams, ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns across different geographies and business lines.

Provide support and advice to stakeholders during project execution, ensuring high-quality results that meet deadlines.

Build strong relationships with sales teams to align marketing activities with sales growth targets and CRM systems.

Maintain a deep understanding of the insurance market and the company's products, ensuring campaigns resonate with target audiences.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all marketing activities across global and UK markets.

Support the Marketing Campaign Manager/Director with the delivery of digital and in-person client events.

Required Experience:

Relevant B2B marketing experience, ideally within insurance broking, financial services, or another regulated industry.

Proven track record in delivering digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other digital channels.

Experience using marketing tools, including email marketing systems and CRM platforms, to deliver and analyse campaigns.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and the use of digital analytics to optimise marketing performance.

Ability to plan and execute campaigns aligned with business objectives in a fast-paced, global environment.
