Job Opportunity: Head of Repairs and Maintenance

Location: Hampshire

Contract: 6-Month Contract

Are you ready to lead and inspire change in social housing? We're looking for a dynamic Head of Repairs and Maintenance to join our team and make a tangible difference in the lives of tenants.

As the Head of Repairs and Maintenance, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for asset management, compliance, and building safety across the housing stock.

Deliver high-quality asset management services underpinned by reliable evidence and clear improvement plans.

Champion resident-led plans aligned with the Council's values and aspirations.

Provide visionary leadership to implement effective and efficient services for our communities.

Inspire and engage the workforce to deliver impactful service improvements and organizational change.

Oversee financial, staffing, and physical resources to maximize efficiency and value for money.What We're Looking For

A property-related degree holder and Chartered Member of RICS (or equivalent professional body), or substantial relevant experience.

Proven expertise in asset management principles and implementing successful strategies.

Strong leadership experience in service improvement, staff development, and change management.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
