Job Description

My client are a regional civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a foreman for an ongoing project being delivered in South East Wales. My client operate across multiple sectors including infrastructure, commercial/ industrial and rail. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge and understanding of earthworks and heavy civils.

Foreman responsibilities:

* Collaborating with the project manager.

* Managing plant, labour and materials.

* Plant and machinery inspections.

* Task briefings.

* Details record keeping.

* Health and safety compliance.

* Liaising with the client and subcontractors on site.

* Ensuring works are being completed in accordance to drawings and specification.

Foreman requirements:

* Right to work in the UK.

* NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification.

* CSCS - Gold/ White/ Black.

* SSSTS/ SMSTS.

* First aid.

* Strong experience with bulk earthworks.

* Strong experience with heavy civils work.

* Full UK driving licence.
