SEND Support Staff

Location: Redbridge

Hours: Full-time

Pay: £85-£95 per day

The Role:

As SEND Support Staff, you will:

Work closely with pupils who require additional care and support in their learning journey.

Assist students with a range of needs, including severe learning difficulties, autism, and complex physical or sensory challenges.

Provide personal care, including feeding, toileting, and hygiene support, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.

Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that promotes holistic development.What We're Looking For:

A caring and compassionate individual with a passion for supporting children with challenging needs.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but we welcome individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

A current DBS certificate on the Update Service or be prepared to apply for a new one.
