Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Site Supervisor working with a fit-out contractor near Oxford

The Project is a laboratory fit out project. You will be the number 2 on site to the Construction Manager and be responsible for managing the logistics, sub-contractors, documents and inductions. You will be reporting to the Construction and Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Site Supervisor must have:

• Have Office / laboratory fit out experience
• Ability to take instruction from No.1 Site Manager
• Have experience in delivering commercial / laboratory fit outs
• Experience in M+E
• Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
• Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
• Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
• Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
• SSSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and CSCS Card
