Are you a passionate and experienced English Teacher looking for a rewarding role in a specialist education setting? We are seeking a dedicated educator to join a specialist provision, teaching English across both primary and secondary age groups to students with SEMH additional needs. This is a full-time position covering maternity leave, starting immediately.

• Deliver engaging and tailored English lessons to students with SEMH needs.
• Teach across primary and secondary age groups within a supportive and inclusive environment.
• Foster students' academic and emotional development, adapting lessons to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with support staff and other educators to ensure the best outcomes for each learner.
• Create a positive and structured classroom environment to encourage learning and growth.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching English within specialist provisions is required.
• A strong understanding of SEMH needs and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
• A proactive and resilient approach, committed to making a difference in students' lives.
