• Location: Secondary schools across South Birmingham (Yardley, Solihull, Moseley, Kings Heath, etc.)

• Key Requirement: Be prepared for early morning cover calls

• Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring students remain on task and follow the lesson plan provided.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive and productive learning environment.
• Support students in completing their work and address any questions where possible.
• Maintain a professional and confident presence in front of secondary school pupils.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure a smooth running of the school day.

• Experience working in UK schools (essential).
• Confidence managing a classroom of secondary school pupils.
