SEN Learning Support Assistant

Do you have a passion for supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? We're looking for a committed SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Milton Keynes. Your support will play a vital role in helping young learners thrive academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs in their daily learning activities.

Work closely with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and personalized strategies for learning.

Offer nurturing support to address students' social, emotional, and physical needs.

Help create a positive, inclusive environment that encourages confidence, independence, and a love for learning.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential: Experience working with children with SEN, particularly those with Autism, ADHD, or other learning challenges.

A patient, empathetic, and committed attitude toward supporting children in their educational journey.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each student.
