Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a prestigious Tier 1 Main Contractor on an exciting, high-profile refurbishment project in Swiss Cottage.

Project Overview:

This £150 million scheme involves:

* Façade replacement (re-cladding): Covering 24,000 sq m across four 23-storey towers (Bray, Burnham, Dorney, and Taplow).

* Internal upgrades: Including 950 window replacements and associated works.

* Resident-focused delivery: Managing the aspirations of 3,500 residents across 652 flats, ensuring minimal disruption and project success.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in large-scale refurbishment projects, ideally high-rise.

* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively with on-site and remote teams.

* Someone with strong Change and Claims experience.

Role Details:

* Location: Swiss Cottage, London.

* Day Rate: £400 a day.

* Onsite 5 days a week.

* Contract Type: Freelance.
