Medical Receptionist
We are seeking a Professional and Friendly Medical Receptionist to join a vibrant and up and coming Healthcare team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will please a vital role in providing excellent customer service while ensuring a smooth operation within the Practice.
Main duties will include -
Patient interaction either on the phone or in person
Maintain and update patient records securely and accurately
Liaise with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
