Job Description

I require an experienced Electrical Project Manager to work on a project in Central London on a long term basis for an established client.

Paying a salary base on experience between £(Apply online only) a shift + “Outside IR35” + 1 – 2 year duration + Weekly payments

The works will require someone to be based from home and site in Central London.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing two electrical (LV/ Small Power) packages of work on site which are totalling £1.5m in size.

Responsibilities will include: -

* Working alongside a professional engineering team in the creation and execution of project delivery strategies.

* Ensuring the project program, documentation is being correctly administered and maintained.

* Overseeing sub contractors and liaising with the client throughout the project adhereing to the clients standards.

* Delivering these projects in accordance with a program of works.

* Foreseeing any issues and working with all stakeholders to resolve them.

* Reporting into the Senior Project Manager.

This role will allow a project manager to take a lead role working for an experienced M&E company that has a great name in the industry.

The project will require someone with good experience on delivering Electrical projects including LV systems.

Payments are £(Apply online only) a day with weekly payments, Outside IR35 on a long term basis.
