Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Representative to join our school’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our school, engaging with the local community, and generating interest from prospective students and parents. This role requires an individual who is proactive, passionate about education, and skilled at building relationships both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the school within the local community.
* Distribute flyers and other marketing materials to raise awareness and attract potential students.
* Organise and attend community events, fairs, and exhibitions to showcase the school.
* Engage with prospective parents and students, answering their questions and guiding them through the enrolment process.
* Actively generate leads by reaching out to potential new students and their families.
* Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organisations, and other stakeholders.
* Utilise social media platforms and online marketing to increase the school’s visibility.
* Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
* Coordinate with the school’s administrative team to ensure smooth communication with prospective families.
* Follow up with leads and ensure all new students complete the enrolment process.
* Achieve monthly enrolment goals, with performance-based commission for every successful enrolment.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people.
* Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for education and community outreach.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in a school or educational environment is a plus.
Compensation:
* Competitive fixed salary.
* Commission on new enrolments: Earn for every new student or parent that enrols as a result of your efforts.
