Job Description

Fawkes & Reece are looking for an Mechanical Project Manager with previous Lab experience, to work with a Tier 1 M&E Contractor on a Lab/Pharma scheme in Norfolk. The client is looking for someone able to start around March/April time, with the contract due to last until early 2027. If successful, you will be contracted for the entire duration. Pay rates will range between .00/day depending on seniority/experience.

Responsibilities for this position

• Manage the preparation of project plans, risk assessments and health and safety documentation
• Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective project management
• Plan and monitor project resources, including labour, materials and equipment
• Organise and lead mechanical projects from concept to completion
• Manage budgets, resources and personnel to ensure projects are completed within time and budget constraints

Requirements for this position

• At least 3 years of experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager (or other correlating position)
• Previous experience working on Lab/Pharma/Clean Room projects
• Strong knowledge of all HVAC/mechanical systems
• Proven experience in delivering large-scale Mechanical projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
