We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team in Bushbury, Wolverhampton!Position: Teaching Assistant Location: Bushbury, Wolverhampton Hours: Flexible, either short or full-time Working Hours: 8:20am to 3:30pm Start Date: ImmediateKey Responsibilities:

• Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Help students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups with their academic and personal development.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN), where applicable.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for students.

Requirements:

• Previous UK child-related experience (e.g., teaching assistant, childcare, youth work, tutoring).
• A compassionate and patient approach to working with students.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
• Flexibility to work on different days, with the ability to commit to the full working hours from 8:20am to 3:30pm.
• A DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

Desirable (But Not Essential):

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
• Relevant qualifications in education or childcare.
