We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join an Outstanding primary school in the London Borough of Croydon. Role Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Strong behaviour management skills to maintain a calm, focused, and engaging learning environment.

High expectations for presentation and literacy standards to ensure pupils take pride in their work and make excellent progress.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating strong individual initiative.

Commitment to upholding the Catholic ethos of the school and promoting its values in daily teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum

Support the development of literacy and numeracy skills across the class

Foster a positive learning environment with strong behaviour management

Ensure children make progress in line with expected outcomes

Engage with parents and carers, providing updates on student progress and supporting the school community

Ideal Candidate:

A qualified teacher with experience teaching in primary school settings in KS2

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

A committed professional who takes pride in upholding high standards

Passionate about teaching and able to inspire children to achieve their best
