Job Title: Band 6 CPN – Adult CMHT

Location: Herefordshire

Pay Rate: £26 per hour

Contract Length: 3-6 Months

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Band 6 CPN to join an Adult CMHT team in Herefordshire. This is a full-time position with a competitive pay rate of £26 per hour. The ideal candidate will have experience in community mental health settings and be a car driver, as the role involves community-based work.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and interventions

Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Manage a caseload of patients with complex needs

Engage with patients in the community, offering support and treatment

Essential Requirements:

Active DBS

Car driver (essential for community work)

Preferred Experience:

Community mental health experience
