Adult Social Worker

Annual Salary: £46,000 - £58,000 (equivalent to £23.79 per hour, with overtime at £29.97 per hour)

Location: Easily accessible and well-connected area in Greater London

Are you a dedicated Social Worker with a passion for supporting adults to live independent, empowered lives?

This company is seeking an Adult Social Worker to join its forward-thinking team within Adult Social Care. You will play a pivotal role in promoting independence, protecting adults at risk, and delivering person-centred support under the Care Act 2014 framework.

The Role:

Conduct strength-based assessments and implement tailored care and support plans.

Actively participate in safeguarding enquiries and Best Interest Assessments.

Monitor and evaluate services to ensure they meet eligible needs.

Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies.

Chair case conferences and planning meetings, including Safeguarding.

What You'll Need:

Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.

Experience in community and/or hospital settings, delivering adult care services.

Comprehensive knowledge of Adult Social Care legislation (Care Act 2014, MCA 2005).

Ability to manage workloads, chair meetings, and make decisions under pressure.
