Carrington West is seeking an experienced contractor to provide planning enforcement expertise and manage complex planning enforcement casework.

The Role

-  Lead and motivate a team to meet performance targets.

-  Make decisions on planning enforcement matters under delegated powers, covering residential, commercial, conservation, listed buildings, green belt, advertisements, and tree works.

-  Achieve Planning Enforcement Team objectives by implementing local, regional, and national planning policies.

-  Oversee the Pollution Control and Planning Enforcement team to deliver efficient and effective services aligned with the Enforcement Action Plan.
