We are currently supporting our client who is looking for an Interim Manager to support their residential service. This role focuses on turnaround management with a potential home closure.

Improve staff culture
Ensure the highest quality of care is provided (safeguarding, care plans and risk assessments)
Lead turnaround efforts
Potential home closure
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Proven turnaround management experience in care settings.
Experience of home closures
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
Understanding of safety, safeguarding, and commercial operations.
