Senior/ Lead Technical Business Analyst 

Initially until the end of March with extensions

Remote with 1-2 Days a month onsite in Newcastle

£550-£650 (Outside IR35)

We are seeking an experienced Senior/ Lead Technical Busniess Analyst to join a leading client of ours. This role is critical in supporting the development of a user-centred compensation service. Experience with AWS, Quantexa, and Data Bricks is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the Case Management System (CMS) and other integration points.

Analyse data platforms: Conduct comprehensive analysis of data platforms and integrations to ensure effective data flow and processing within the compensation service.

Support technical implementations: Collaborate with technical teams to support the implementation of AWS, Quantexa, and Data Bricks where applicable.

Iterative testing approach: Assist in the iterative test and learn approach as the client prepares for the private beta phase of the compensation service.

Facilitate communication: Ensure clear communication between cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables.

Develop reports and insights: Create and deliver reports that provide insights to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Fraud mitigation planning: Contribute to the establishment of a plan to mitigate and handle fraud within the compensation process.

Operational insights: Provide actionable recommendations based on the analysis of case processing metrics. 

Experience Required:

Proven experience working on data platforms and integrations.

For Technical Business Analysts, experience with AWS, Quantexa, and Data Bricks is highly desirable.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
