About the Role:
We re looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of key software and cloud-based projects. This is a hands-on role where you ll manage multiple agile teams, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 2-3 agile product development teams to deliver features and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Software Development Leads to plan and deliver sprints effectively.
• Manage project resources, budgets, risks, and issues, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed with clear and concise reporting.
• Oversee SDLC processes, particularly for web-based or cloud-based projects.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and delivery.
• Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Office to track progress and drive accountability.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience delivering web or cloud-based projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience delivering projects in a cloud environment.
• Certifications like Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Prince2 Agile, or PMI-ACP.
• Knowledge of project governance and managing shared/matrixed teams.
