What You'll Do:

As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in the assembly line, ensuring that the products meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mechanical Assembly: Undertake a variety of mechanical assembly tasks to bring our products to life!
• Cable Preparation & Soldering: Prepare cables and perform manual soldering of components according to product requirements.
• Wiring & Connector Assembly: Assemble wiring and connectors prior to testing and calibration of devices.
• Quality Inspection: Inspect surface mount assemblies as they move through the line, rectifying any faults found along the way.
• Defective Item Management: Identify and dispose of defective items to maintain quality standards.
• Packing & Labelling: Use various packaging materials, pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaboration: Liaise with relevant departments to ensure all assemblies are manufactured to the correct specifications.
• Documentation: Complete internal documentation and reports as required.
• Workspace Maintenance: Keep your workspace clean and organised, ensuring proper storage of kits and safekeeping of your tools.

What We Offer:

• Hourly Rate: Starting from 11.44 per hour.
• Day shifts: Monday - Friday.
• Temp to perm opportunities!
