Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Multi skilled Maintenance Operative for a contractual assignment based in Otterbourne, SO21

To perform a wide range of duties on various engineering systems which will include mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing .

Available Shifts and Location:

• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
• Location: SO21 2SW
• Shift Times: 08:00-17:00PM
• Pay Rate: 21.01 per hour including holiday pay with the option to accure
• Pay Frequency: Weekly, every Friday before 5 PM
• Paid via PAYE only

Qualifications Required:

• Driving Licence
• DBS Certificate
• 18th Edition

Skills and Experience Required:

• To carry out routine checks and maintenance on building systems such as , HVAC, electrical systems ( Lighting, emergency generators and power supplies) plumbing systems ( Water supply and drainage)
• To respond to emergencies quickly. This will include power outages, HVAC system failures, leaks or blockages and equipment breakdowns.
• Assist in installing new equipment or systems, ensuring proper commissioning and functionality.
• Upgrade aging infrastructure to enhance efficiency or meet updated regulatory standards.
• Expertise in multiple disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing.
