Position: Service Engineer (Temporary)
Location: Cheshire and surrounding areas.
Pay Rate: 25 per completed service (per property)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Engineer to carry out servicing work on a 3 month temporary basis in Cheshire and surrounding areas. This is a service-only position, focused on maintaining essential systems within properties.

Key Requirements:

• HTR1 certification (essential).
• CKR1 certification (preferred).
• Proven experience in servicing domestic systems efficiently and safely.
• Ability to work independently and complete services to a high standard.

Role Details:

• Perform servicing tasks across properties in and around Cheshire.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and quality standards.
• Report on completed services and any issues identified.
• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with tenants when required.
