Role: Progress Coach
Type: Temp - full time
Location: Lancashire
Rate: 95 - 120 per day

Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic Progress Coach for a Further Education College in Lancashire.

This is a full time temporary role to start asap for ongoing cover

The purpose of this role is to provide pastoral care, educational and careers guidance and support to a case load of learners on the Study program mes, to ensure they are positively engaged with the learning journey, fully stretched and achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will have:
Experience of working effectively with young people in an educational setting
Experience of liaison, advocacy and collaborative working
Experience in working with learners on a 1-2-1 basis and in groups
Experience of coaching and motivating learners of different ages and abilities

Candidates MUST have a current DBS
