Primary ECT – Year 3 – The Role: 

Planning, delivering and marking for a year 3 class

Ensure students are focused and are making expected progress

Support students with additional learning needs

Manage support staff

Create an engaging learning environment

Primary ECT – Year 3 – Qualifications required: 

QTS

Degree level of education

Excellent communication skills 

Good behaviour management practices

DBS and ability to work 5 days a week
