Are you a Contract Manager within Repairs & Voids?
Looking for a role where you can take charge of contract management, drive value for money, and ensure top-quality Damp & Mold repairs within Social housing Properties? We're on the lookout for a skilled Contract Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our Clients Damp & Mold programme.
Salary and benefits:
· £400 - £500 per day.
· 12 month FTC contract.
· 8 hour working day.
· Choice of flexible working days ( 3 day office based).
· Relaxed yet driven culture in the team.
What You'll Be Doing:
· Managing the in house Surveying team, ensuring delivery of repairs & void refurbishments.
· Overseeing budgets, and reporting on weekly /daily activity across the housing portfolio making sure the best value for money.
· Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring KPIs are met.
· Leading client meetings and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
· Analysing reports, challenging costs, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
What You'll Need:
· Strong contract management experience (TPC or JCT preferred) within Social Housing.
· Knowledge of M3NHF Schedule of Rates.
· Sound commercial awareness & budget management skills.
· Strong technical understanding of domestic building repairs.
· Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office & maintenance management software.
· Full driving licence & access to transport.
