Senior Site Manager
Project Manager/Senior Site Manager - Kent
PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager for a main contractor.
This opportunity is working on a steel frame scheme in Kent.
Position: Senior Site Manager/Project Manager
Location: Kent
Rate: £320 - £360/day (dependant on experience)
Start date: 17th February
Duration: 8 months
Senior Site Manager/Project Manager Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify and address any potential issues or risks
Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise
Liaising with client and providing updates on works being doneProject Manager Knowledge and skills:
Experience as no 1 on site.
Steel frame project experience.
Valid CSCS/SMSTS/First Aid.
Minimum of 2 references
