Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher

Ensure continuity of learning by following the lesson plans provided

Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment

Provide feedback to teachers and school leadership on student progress

Adapt teaching methods to cater to the needs of individual studentsThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification

Previous experience teaching in primary schools

Strong classroom management skills

Ability to be flexible, reliable, and work independently
