Our client is a small Supported Housing charity for Veterans. They are seeking an experienced Business Analyst.

The charity has embarked on a Change Programme across its operations, including, but not limited to, upgrading its housing management database and workflows, changing finance systems, data cleansing, asset management, reporting of components across sites, revisiting existing portals to upgrade and enhance workflows, whilst decanting tenants from one property to another in quick succession.

They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SharePoint Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of a robust Document Management System (DMS). The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business process expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

As a Business Analyst for our SharePoint/DMS project, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of an efficient and user-friendly document management solution.

Overall Responsibility:

* You will also support Directors and Senior Managers with strategic analysis using appropriate analysis techniques, as well as take the lead on the review of project outcomes and analyse benefits realisation.

* You will have a proven history of re-engineering complex business processes in a business analyst role, together with a clear understanding of SharePoint and a Document Management System and experience of collaborating with stakeholders to manage expectations and successfully deliver business change.

* Your knowledge of technology and business-related challenges will enable you to deliver transformational changes and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to successfully execute complex projects.
