Maintenance Engineer - Open to Bias

Location: Wolverhampton

Rate: £40 per hour INSIDE IR35

Shift Pattern: Double Days

The Role:

We are looking to recruit an additional shift of Multi Skilled / Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineers from a conveyor, automated or fast-paced environment on a Temp-to-Perm Basis over the coming months.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all production and ancillary machinery, equipment, and power systems operate at maximum efficiency to support the new technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

- Possess a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 or an Indentured Apprenticeship in a relevant field

- Experience with Manufacturing Machinery maintenance and fault diagnoses

- Mechanical / Electrical / Pneumatics experience

You will receive all the training and support you require to build on your current qualifications and experience.

Ideal Skills/Knowledge

- Electrical Bias - Must be able to electrically fault find in a safe, methodical, and timely manner

- Mechanical Bias - Mechanical fitting and fault-finding experience

- Can conduct electrical machinery audits

- To monitor and ensure that manufacturing equipment does not pose any electrical risks to personal

- To identify areas of poor equipment performance, and work in a team to implement improvements in a controlled and measurable fashion

- Must be competent to conduct Preventative Maintenance activities to a very high standard and record and relay findings and identify methods of improvement
