Are you a dynamic and experienced HR professional who is available immediately and looking for an exciting opportunity to lead strategic HR initiatives? We are seeking a driven and adaptable HR Business Partner or HR Manager for a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This role offers a chance to make a real impact by partnering with senior leaders to drive people strategies that align with business goals.
What You’ll be doing:
Strategic HR Partner: Collaborate with General Managers and key stakeholders to align people strategies with business objectives.
Full HR Lifecycle: Lead and support recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies across multiple regions.
Organisational Change: Guide and execute organisational changes and key transformation projects.
Leadership Coaching: Coach and empower leaders to foster high-performing teams and a positive workplace culture.
Employee Experience: Develop initiatives to enhance engagement, performance, and alignment with company goals.
Process Improvement: Streamline HR processes, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements and best practices.
Data-Driven Insights: Use HR analytics to inform decision-making and develop actionable insights.What You Bring:
HR Expertise: Extensive strategic HR experience, ideally within a multinational or complex matrix organisation.
Business Acumen: Ability to understand business strategy and align HR initiatives accordingly.
Change Management: Proven experience driving organisational and cultural change initiatives.
Leadership Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coaching abilities.
Project Management: Skilled in delivering projects on time and within scope.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday is a plus.
