Domestic Energy Assessor - Leicester

TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Domestic Energy Assessor to their team based in Leicester.

Role Overview: As a Stock Condition Surveyor/DEA, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties.

· Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms

· Evaluating the exterior condition of the properties

· Applying the HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to identify health and safety risks at each location

· Conducting Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings

Ideal Candidates:

· Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields

· Familiarity with the HHSRS system

· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

· Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets)

· Experience in carrying out EPCs
