Site Manager (Internals)
I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a tier 1 UK Developer, in assisting them with recruiting of an Internals Site Manager for their major residential scheme in South London.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a block of 90 RC frame apartments, taking it from full 1st fix stage through to client handover. You will be responsible for managing the sequences of works, managing health and safety on site, managing sub-contractors on site and reporting into the Construction Manager on site. The ideal candidate must have worked for a residential developer and be able to deliver units to a timely and quality standard.
The role is for 10 months minimum, you must hold a valid CSCS,SMSTS and First Aid certificate here.
