Project Co-ordinator – Social Housing (Temporary Contract)

Are you an organised and proactive Project Co-ordinator looking for a temporary role in the social housing sector? Hyperion Partners is working with a leading housing provider to recruit for this exciting opportunity, where you’ll play a key role in supporting housing-related projects and ensuring their successful delivery.

Role Details

Job Type: Temporary Contract

Location: London Hybrid

Pay Rate: £20-23ph .

Duration: 3–6 months, with potential for extension

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Co-ordinator, you will:

Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of key projects within the social housing sector.

Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.

Assist with budget tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks to keep projects on schedule.

Maintain and update project documentation, records, and compliance reports.

Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups, ensuring effective communication across teams.

Help monitor risk management, performance tracking, and service improvements.

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or support within social housing, local government, or public sector organisations.

Knowledge: Familiarity with housing projects, compliance, and contract management.

Skills: Strong organisation, time management, and problem-solving skills.

IT Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana), and housing management systems (e.g., Northgate, Civica).

Attributes: A proactive and adaptable approach, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
