Occupational Therapist
We're recruiting for a social care occupational therapist to work for a client in Wiltshire. You'll be working as a part of the reablement team to help citizens to achieve greater independence in their own homes and to minimise long-term care needs.
You'll be responsible for conducting strength-based assessments and implementing care and reablement plans to help the citizens achieve their goals.
You'll need at least 2 years experience, ideally within social care or reablement. As you will be working with citizens in their homes a driving license and car is essential for this role. It's paying between £30 & £32 per hour which will be inside of IR35.
