Connect Grp UK Ltd is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for Groundworkers to join a reputable Groundwork company based in West Sussex, starting on Monday 3rd February. Our client is looking for candidates with a solid background in Groundwork, particularly with experience in kerbing, slabbing, or drainage. If you are seeking a new challenge and can commit to a 6-month contract at a competitive rate of £20.00 per hour, we would love to hear from you!

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Groundworker, with specific knowledge in kerbing, slabbing, or drainage.

Ability to read and interpret site plans and drawings.

Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in Groundwork operations.

Competency with the use of construction tools and machinery relevant to Groundwork.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Carry out groundwork activities, including kerbing, slabbing, and drainage tasks as specified in project plans.

Ensure all work is completed to the required quality standards and within the scheduled timeframes.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all safety guidelines and protocols.

Collaborate effectively with site managers and team members to complete projects efficiently.

Report any issues or delays to supervisors in a timely manner to facilitate quick resolutions.

Must have:

Valid CSCS Card

Formal ID (Rights to work in UK) 

Full PPE
