What you'll be doing;

Plan, organise, direct, and control project activities, including managing additional contracted labour if needed.

Create and implement a new system compliant with Veolia standards and references.

Survey plant areas and document findings with minimal supervision, utilising existing documentation.

Develop a quality management system for all technical documentation (structural, mechanical, process, and electrical plant).

Collaborate with various departments (Engineering, Central Projects Team, Operations, and Compliance).

Review technical documentation, identify inaccuracies, and work with stakeholders to rectify and update, using CAD when appropriate.

Establish and utilise symbology and nomenclature compatible with original and new plant (e.g., KKS system).

Collaborate with engineering teams to improve documentation quality and create a flow chart for document update and control processes.

Establish document control protocol for sign-out, modification, and sign-in of controlled technical documents.

Ensure all changes and updates are mapped through the Management of Change system.

What we're looking for;

Proven experience in a quality / assurance role

Knowledge of CAD software

Working knowledge of google software

Create templates, manage process around the organization

File documentation in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage

Maintain confidentially around sensitive documentation

Attention to detail, and accuracy

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or related field

Software knowledge AutoCad and solidworks ,3D software

Prepare ad hoc reports on projects when requiredWhat's next?
