Freelance Site Manager - Housing
Kenton Black are recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager in Fife, on a temporary basis. The client is a well known house builder known for delivering high quality private affordable & luxury homes across Scotland.
As freelance site manager, during the holiday over contract you will be responsible for managing the daily operation on a live housing site ensuring programme deadlines are met via thorough guidance of sub-contractors and inhouse tradesmen/labour. You ensure site workers adhere to health & safety and host toolbox talks/site inductions.
As minimum you need SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certs alongside previous management experience on housing sites.
As reward you will be paid an hourly CIS or PAYE rate for the duration of the contract, on a weekly basis.
