Roofer
I'm looking for Roofer to carry out a property maintenance contract working within social housing properties in Oldham area. Company vans are shared from day one and you will be picked up every morning. There is a minimum of three months work available - with the potential for a permanent position after that.
The duties of the Roofer will include:
Roofing repairs
Pitched roofs
Slate & tile
Flat roof systems
Ideally I'm looking for Roofer that have:
Experience in Social Housing
Their own tools
Full UK Driving Licence (vans will be shared)
Clear Criminal Record (DBS Checks will be required)
And in return, the Roofer waill receive:
£22-£23 per hour
Company van shared
minimum 3 months work
