Role: Salesforce Architect

Duration: 6 months (View to extend)

Location: Onsite - London

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide guidance to vendors on Salesforce module implementation, ensuring correct configuration and development to avoid complex maintenance challenges during the BAU phase.

* Define technical requirements for APIs, including naming conventions, input parameters, payloads, response formats, and error codes, ensuring meaningful error messages for improved user understanding.

* Define ETL requirements, detailing the data extraction, transformation, and loading processes from source to destination systems, and provide support to developers using tools such as Informatica.

* Advise on the appropriate implementation of design patterns as required for the project.

* Conduct code reviews for Salesforce implementations, providing constructive feedback, and collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth transition into the BAU phase.

* Establish Salesforce DevOps guidelines to assist vendors in building efficient and scalable pipelines.

* Design comprehensive data models in Salesforce, including the mapping of source fields to destination fields for API and ETL processes.

* Provide guidance on design principles to both internal and external teams as required.

* Develop proof-of-concept (POC) solutions where necessary to validate design choices.

* 15+ years in software development or architecture
