Occupational Therapist
We are recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist for a 3 month locum post.
You'll be working for a social care team in Norfolk, one of the main responsibilities will be completing OT assessments for people discharged to short term beds from the acute hospital, to facilitate a timely return home. If you have experience with adult social care it would be beneficial for the role. A car will be essential for this role as you'll be working with citizens in their own home.
