The Project

Civils Site Manager needed for a long-term residential project based in Pudsey. As Site Manager you will be responsible for the groundworks package for the residential plot. This is a great chance to to secure 2 to 3 years worth of work, with a very reputable Civils and Groundworks company.

Requirements

SMSTS

CSCS

Strong civils and groundworks experience

A background in site engineering

Experience as a Site Manager for residential projects Additional skills

* Strong leadership skills

* Effective time management abilities

* Capacity to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

* Knowledgeable of health and safety regulations and protocols

* Demonstrated capability in establishing and maintaining relationships

* Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
